Nottingham Food Festival
August 11 - August 12
As well as the main stage at Nottingham Food Festival where celebrity chefs will be demonstrating throughout the day, hosted by the inimitable Mark Lloyd, there’ll also have the Food Roadshow stage, with further line-up of chefs for you to watch and learn from.
Main chefs in 2018 include Levi Roots, back by popular demand on the Saturday, along with Jackie Kearney and Johnny Pusztai, and on the Sunday we are welcoming for the first time at a Living Heritage Food Festival Peter Sidwell, Cyrus Todiwala OBE and Paul Rankin.
They also have live music from a number of local bands and artists, again playing throughout the day for your enjoyment on the designated music stage. This is situated in the middle of the piazza area, where you can relax, buy food from around the world, or from local producers around the corner, and maybe try some of the real ales from our Real Ale Tent, where we have a large variety from local breweries in the East Midlands area.
You may also want to try some wine tasting with the Notts and Derby School of Wine.
You may want to take advantage of their unique Fruit De Mer restaurant, where you can enjoy a huge and delicious seafood platter, fresh from the sea.
The huge food halls at Nottingham Food Festival are just a part of our food festival, but it’s always good to go home with something, and with a try before you taste policy on a lot of the stands, you are sure to enjoy the shopping experience!
