ANOTHER? WINE BAR CHAMPAGNE GARDEN
Fizz fans will now be able to enjoy their favourite tipple outside in the sunshine, as Nottingham’s first self-serve wine bar unveils its brand new champagne and prosecco garden.
Since its launch in October, people have been visiting Another? Wine Bar, to sample some of the 32 reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines, which they pour themselves using special tasting machines.
Sam Benjamin, owner of the Trinity Square venue, is looking forward to welcoming even more people now the champagne and prosecco garden is opened on 27th April.
“Self-serve wine is a completely new concept in Nottingham, but even we’ve been surprised by its popularity,” he said.
“So far, our team has sold more than 16,500 glasses – and we’re expecting that number to increase significantly when we open our new outdoor bar”.
Accommodating an extra 56 people, alongside the 60 seats indoors, the garden bar offers a selection of mini prosecco, both white and rosé champagne, and a range of beers from Estrella Galicia.
The expansion of Another? Wine Bar has led to the creation of two new jobs, bringing the total number to six.
Another? Wine Bar is open Wednesday and Thursday 5.30pm-11pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm-12am and Sunday 12pm-10pm. The venue is also available for private hire on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Even the Lord Mayor himself has tried them and loved them. So now it’s your turn to give this innovative way of indulging in the nation’s all-time favourite snack a go.

LUISA’S VEGAN CHOCOLATES
Luisa’s Bean-to-Bar Chocolates is open to the public now but the official grand opening where we would love for you to come down is on the 14th of June 2018.
We are the only 100% bean-to-bar chocolate producers in Nottingham, working from the heart of Nottingham’s Creative Quarter in Sneinton Market to craft vegan, guilt-free chocolate gems of decadence.
Our beans are all directly sourced from the Solomon Islands, where we work with the farmers there to create ethical, candid supply chains and ensure they receive the best prices for their beans – once valued above gold and used as currency by the ancient Mayans!
Our focus on purity means we take great care in evolving the flavour profile of each individual chocolate, a process that depends largely on the beans’ cultivation origins and growing conditions, much like a fine wine.
It is equally important to us that as well as creating chocolates that taste amazing, we educate our consumers on the bean-to-bar process from start to finish, which all happens right here in our shop.
We want to hone in on producing unique, shareable moments of guilt-free happiness, all whilst treating our Earth fairly and reducing our negative impact as much as possible. We aim to make the finest chocolate in town – which just happens to be vegan!
