Feeling creative? Why not ‘build a bowl’, choose what goes in your lunch; decide on a grain, meat-free protein, vegetable and dressing, all to be enjoyed over a bed of seasonal leaves. Feeling something sweet? Check out their specials board for all that is pastries and cakes!

If you fancy something other than coffee or tea, try their vitalising lattes. Serving various flavours, from beetroot which gives you that much-needed boost to the charcoal latte with anti-ageing benefits.

Pieminster, Long Row

Home of hearty pies is Nottingham’s Pieminster located on Long Row. Pieminster’s story started back in Bristol in 2003, and in the last 15 years they have taken the country by storm with their mouth-watering range of pies, gluten-free, vegan and meaty!

During your visit why don’t you try their award-winning vegan pie, Kevin! A lovely mushroom, tomato and red wine pie with baby onions and thyme.

Yamas, Thurland Street

Situated in the heart of Nottingham is the Mediterranean tapas and meze diner Yamas. You’ll find a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes and Greek tapas at this multi award-winning venue.

Tuck into a selection of vegan-friendly options, from marinated mixed olives, tabbouleh (couscous salad) or patatas bravas (fried potatoes in a spicy tomato salsa). There’s plenty of food to choose from on their lunch menu too, served from 12 noon til 4pm every Wednesday to Sunday; mix and match three dishes of your choice – what a fun way to dine!

La Storia, an authentic, family run Italian restaurant located in West Bridgford. Having recently introduced their tasty vegan menu to their venue why wouldn’t you want to visit them! Starting with a delicious antipasto, then tucking into a hearty main and dreamy Italian desserts.

With so many delicious flavours to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice, from wild mushrooms, garlic and rosemary crostini to linguine pasta with roast Mediterranean vegetables, garlic, chilli and tomato sauce – an experience to be had!

Iberico World Tapas, High Pavement

Making its home in the historic Lace Market is the Spanish haven of Iberico World Tapas on High Pavement.

Here you’ll find the perfect tasting experience where you can sample a range of aromatic flavours made from incredible ingredients.

Born and bred in Nottingham is Oscar & Rosie’s, an independent pizza company. Originally the pair set up as a pop-up in The Picnic Basket near to Nottingham’s Train Station, but five years on they have now settled on Stoney Street.

Using award-winning, free-range and locally sources produce, at Oscar & Rosie’s they make each pizza different and even more delicious!

Try something from their vegan menu, with delights such as The Frenchman (beetroot, rocket and basil pesto), Magic Mushroom (roasted wild and flat mushrooms with fresh thyme) and many more! A great place for all to enjoy, whether vegan or not.

Aubrey’s Traditional Creperie, 14-16 West End Arcade

After undertaking training in Brittany, Aubrey’s Traditional Creperie opened, the go-to place for authentic galettes and crêpes. The independent creperie offers a variety of delicious flavours savoury or sweet!

Bring your friends along and enjoy their lemon and basil pesto, tomato and caramelised onion galette; or if you have a sweet tooth you can indulge in plenty more, from Aubrey’s Salted Caramel to fresh orange, sugar and Grand Marnier – lots of vegan alternatives available!

Wagamama, The Cornerhouse

Home of ‘positive eating for positive living’ is the infamous Asian-inspired Wagamama! Having opened their first restaurant in London back in 1992, this unique chain offers more than just noodles, with a whole menu brimming with delicious meals.

Wagamama have even designed their own vegan menu with hearty alternatives; from bang bang cauliflower, wok-fried greens or raw salad to vegan katsu curry and yasai pad thai, oh yes and their mouth-watering desserts!
