ALTO, Corner House, Forman Street

Boxing legend Carl Froch has opened his latest venture, Alto opened to the public early August. The bar’s rooftop terrace has been completely refurbished for guests to enjoy the remaining summer sun, on loungers with their favourite cocktail in hand and music from the outside DJ booth.

Inside, four bars will offer tasty drinks and tapas inspired dishes, with a dedicated dance floor area and exclusive VIP section.

Alto offer plenty to try from classics like a Martini and Mojito to more modern cocktails like The Unicorn and The Nuthouse.

The Alchemist, 11 Kings Street

Cottonmouth, 25 Goose Gate
Cottonmouth opened mid November 2017, their aim is to provide craft cocktails with table service, all within a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxed, low-lit, chilled out vibe with high-end drinks.

Keeping it fresh, Cottonmouth continuously change their drinks menu every six months, wit their third instalment coming at the end of September.

Currently stocking cocktails Cry Wolf, Painkiller and Pineapple Milk Punch, you can indulge in flavoursome beverages all night long!

Boilermaker, 36 Carlton Street

Known as “the one that looks like a laundrette” is the Boilermaker, tucked away on Carlton Street. This cocktail bar is a unique concept, brimming with adventurous (and delicious) drinks!

At Boilermaker the earlier, the better as they work on a first come, first serve basis so pop along from Monday to Sunday during their peculiar opening hours.  Try something new, whether it’s the No Shrubs By QMC or Snoop Dogg’s Herbal Gin & Juice served in either a yellow sharps bin or a juice carton, expect the not-so-ordinary here at the Boilermaker.
