Hockley Arts Club, 20 Carlton Street
Three floors of fun, music, food and delicious drinks! From a Scandinavian inspired floor where you can dance until the early hours to the Electric Garden, a dream for Gin and Prosecco lovers. Located in what used to be the old Nottingham boozer now is the vibrant, African influenced Parliament Bar. Be At One, 20 Victoria Street
Step away from everyday life and take some time out to wind down. A lively atmosphere with great music and bubbly staff, the perfect place to keep your spirits up! Head down for their beloved Happy Hour available Monday to Sunday during various times. Home to over 90 cocktails from classics to more adventurous choices like the French Martini and Blueberry Muffin – so hard to choose!
Boxing legend Carl Froch has opened his latest venture, Alto opened to the public early August. The bar’s rooftop terrace has been completely refurbished for guests to enjoy the remaining summer sun, on loungers with their favourite cocktail in hand and music from the outside DJ booth.
Inside, four bars will offer tasty drinks and tapas inspired dishes, with a dedicated dance floor area and exclusive VIP section.
Alto offer plenty to try from classics like a Martini and Mojito to more modern cocktails like The Unicorn and The Nuthouse.
Trendy, sophisticated and delicious, Tilt offers a range of perfectly executed cocktails to be enjoyed with friends! Join them for their Happy Hour with selected drinks reduced to just £4 Tuesday to Friday from 5pm-7pm. Fancy a masterclass in cocktails? Well, Tilt is the place to go, with a variety of sessions available both in the week and at the weekends, book yours now! Last year the bar had a makeover, so now you can enjoy the new look, friendly atmosphere and top drinks made with a variety of interesting flavours like Marmalade Gin and many more.
With enchanting views over Trinity Square, Curious Manor brings a new, fresh spin on cocktail outings.
Open all week, you can indulge in your well-earned beverage any day you choose. They pride themselves on being “inventors, explorers, creators and pioneers” when it comes to dining and drinking experience.

The Alchemist, 11 Kings Street
Get ready to indulge in a completely new way of dining. Their dark theatrical flair creates a unique and magnificent experience that everyone is craving!
With their creative cocktails and darkly delicious dining, The Alchemist has set up shop in the magnificent listed building on King’s Street.
The Alchemist’s cocktail menu is inspired by a periodic table. With lighter, fruity cocktails starting at the left, leading into more serious and darker cocktails on the right, they truly cater for everyone. Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available and are just as delicious.
Cottonmouth, 25 Goose Gate
Cottonmouth opened mid November 2017, their aim is to provide craft cocktails with table service, all within a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxed, low-lit, chilled out vibe with high-end drinks.
Keeping it fresh, Cottonmouth continuously change their drinks menu every six months, wit their third instalment coming at the end of September.
Currently stocking cocktails Cry Wolf, Painkiller and Pineapple Milk Punch, you can indulge in flavoursome beverages all night long!

Known as “the one that looks like a laundrette” is the Boilermaker, tucked away on Carlton Street. This cocktail bar is a unique concept, brimming with adventurous (and delicious) drinks!
At Boilermaker the earlier, the better as they work on a first come, first serve basis so pop along from Monday to Sunday during their peculiar opening hours. Try something new, whether it’s the No Shrubs By QMC or Snoop Dogg’s Herbal Gin & Juice served in either a yellow sharps bin or a juice carton, expect the not-so-ordinary here at the Boilermaker.
Situated in Bridlesmith Gate is the soulful Pepper Rocks, three floors of fun! During the summer months you can take the party outside and enjoy the weather with friends whilst indulging in your drink of choice. Not just a cocktail bar, Pepper Rocks also hosts lively open mic night every Tuesday from 9pm, what better excuse to end the day on a high whilst belting out your favourite songs with friends.

Bunk’s Cocktails include classics like French Martini, Woo Woo, and Long Island Iced Tea to more quirky ones like Drumstick, Zombie and Mai Tai. Happy Hour starts from opening until 10pm on all their Bunk House Cocktails and they are not to miss!
