Fox Café, 9 Pelham Street

Whether you are catching a spot of breakfast before work or are on a shopping day with friends, the Fox Café is the place to be. With a handful of breakfast options to be enjoyed you’ll be spoilt for choice, so pull up a seat and enjoy a morning treat! On those warmer days you can enjoy the weather and Fox’s great food outside with their outdoor seating area. Hungry Pumpkin, 38 High Pavement

Located on High Pavement is the Hungry pumpkin, a family-owned café deli, home of fresh, local produce and food. Tuck into flavoursome paninis, jacket potatoes, salads and more with a nice hot brew or even a refreshing glass of juice.

Outpost Coffee, 2 Stoney Street

Outpost Coffee is an original coffee shop, home to an array of different flavour. In the warmer weather try one of their cappuccino freddos, a deliciously, cold brew topped with thick creamy milk foam, and why not indulge in a cake too! Outpost also offer alternatives for those with different dietary requirements. Offering single origin cold brew, Japanese Ice Brew, Mörk Hot Chocolate and more!

Café Sobar, 24 Friar Lane

Situated in what was Nottingham Building Society HQ is now Café Sobar, founded by Double Impact, the Nottingham-based drug and alcohol recovery charity. Start your morning with a Breakfast Muffin (sausage, bacon and fried egg) or a freshly baked croissant (brie, bacon and cranberry, scrambled egg and mushroom) – not forgetting the perfect cuppa! Open Monday to Sunday, bring the family along to enjoy some quality time together whilst the children choose from the kids menu.

The Speciality Coffee Shop, 50 Friar Lane

Based in the heart of Nottingham’s city centre is The Speciality Coffee Shop, a friendly place to while away time with a brew to hand. Not just a great place to grab a coffee as they offer a range of delicious foods, such as freshly made waffles, Victoria Sponge, mushrooms on toast and so much more! Come along and see what the fuss is about from 10am – 3pm Tuesday to Saturday.

200 Degrees, Flying Horse Walk
High street coffee experts 200 degrees are known for their coffee excellence. They have a few cafes dotted around the UK and we are lucky to have multiple of them in our city centre; for example you can go to the one at Flying Horse Walk or 99 Carrington Street. From being a small roaster in a garage to having access to amazing beans all over the world which are used to make the perfect cuppa! 200 Degrees is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy fresh food from their menu whilst being spoilt for choice with beverages! Don’t just go for an ordinary coffee, add syrup to sweeten the flavour!

Thea Caffea, 14a Low Pavement
Tucked away from the bustling city centre of Nottingham is Thea Caffea, a quaint, family-run tearoom. With fresh cakes baked on site and a beautiful gravel courtyard to enjoy it in, this is the perfect way to spend time with loved ones. The tearoom offers a range of delicious vintage teas, coffees and soft drinks to enjoy with your meal, whether it be a sandwich, salad or cake.
