BOHNS, a new independent licensed restaurant located in the basement at 20 – 22 Broad Street, Hockley. They will be opening for business on Friday 26th October.

BOHNS started trading in 2015 as a producer of dry rub spices for home use and the developing trend for low and slow cooking associated with street food and barbecuing. With experience gained through travel and working in restaurants overseas, it was natural progression to move into catering and for the last 2 years BOHNS have honed in on their skills with pop up and festival work. So why do BOHNS claim to produce the Best Burgers?

BOHNS follow a simple principle “Flavour Never Goes Out of Fashion” and offer freshly prepared burgers with quality locally sourced produce. BOHNS adhere to the following principles:
Best Practise – Our burgers are made with organic, high welfare beef. Best Taste – We hand make our own range of rubs, spices and sauces.
Best Breads – Straight from our local baker’s oven to the plate.
Best Burgers – Quality ingredients, quality taste, happy customers.

The market for burgers would seem saturated but BOHNS have a sincere belief that as a small independent with the focus on quality they can make their mark and be a positive attraction to the developing Hockley social scene.
